Refund and Returns Policy

We don’t offer any return, refund or exchange of our services or products like all our major competitors in the industry. Our Refund and Returns Policy is as follows:

(i) All online and In-Class training programs sales are full and final.

(ii) No refund except in extraordinary situations of life, and/or Force Majeure. Returns and Refunds Policy

(iii) For all other services the respective contracts with the clients will be in place.   

Criteria for returns: Respective contracts in place will control the policy.

The time period for returns: As stipulated by the individual contract with the client.
